Health Care Professionals and Medical Students

Health Care Professionals: Licensed physicians, dentists, medical students, interns, and other health care professionals interested in volunteering should contact CommuniCare's Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@communicarehc.org.

Basic Requirements for all Volunteers: All Volunteers are required to have a completed Volunteer Application Form (PDF) on file to begin working at any volunteer position. Along with the application, volunteers need to show proof of:

• Current TB test (less than a year old)
• MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) immunizations
• Hepatitis B immunization (s) if volunteering for a position in the laboratory or dental areas
