CommuniCare Health Centers is a private, non-profit health care organization offering comprehensive primary medical and dental services, vision care, substance abuse treatment, health education and outreach services. CommuniCare provides services at five community clinic sites located in Davis, Woodland, Esparto and West Sacramento, and outreach services throughout Yolo County.
Since 1972, CommuniCare has been promoting healthy communities by providing affordable and culturally competent health care for those in need. CommuniCare is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
Announcement: Novel H1N1 Flu Vaccine Clinic
Tuesday Night H1N1 Flu Vaccination Clinics will be offered free of charge to the public by CommuniCare Health Centers - Davis Community Clinic and the Yolo County Health Department. This is great opportunity for kids 6 months to 10 years to receive their second dose of vaccine - which is recommended for this age group.
Dates: January 26, February 2 and February 9
Time: 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Cost: FREE
