CommuniCare Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing health care to those in need since 1972. CommuniCare offers comprehensive primary medical and dental services, substance abuse treatment, behavioral health services, health education and support services in Yolo County and the surrounding communities through five community clinic sites and outreach programs. Congressman John Garamendi joined CommuniCare CEO Robin Affrime, Woodland Mayor Skip Davies, Helen Thomson, Chair of the Yolo County Board of Supervisors Duane Chamberlain, and CommuniCare Board President Michael Golde in the ground breaking ceremony.
