CommuniCare Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing health care to those in need since 1972. CommuniCare offers comprehensive primary medical and dental services, substance abuse treatment, behavioral health services, health education and support services in Yolo County and the surrounding communities through five community clinic sites and outreach programs.

Ground breaking ceremony marks the beginning of construction of new CommuniCare Health Centers facility in Woodland
A ground breaking ceremony on Monday, February 11 at 10am officially recognized the beginning of construction on CommuniCare's new 21,000 square foot health center facility in Woodland. Congressman John Garamendi joined CommuniCare CEO Robin Affrime, Woodland Mayor Skip Davies, Helen Thomson, Chair of the Yolo County Board of Supervisors Duane Chamberlain, and CommuniCare Board President Michael Golde in the ground breaking ceremony.
