Payment And Coverage

Medical insurance is not required to receive services at CommuniCare.

Medi-Cal, Denti-Cal, Medi-Care, County Medical Services Program (CMSP) and Path2Health, Healthy Families, Healthy Kids and Partnership Health Plan, and some private insurance plans are accepted forms of health coverage, or patients may pay for services according to a sliding fee scale.

Health Coverage Eligibility Assistance
CommuniCare provides the services of bilingual Client Benefits Advocates offering in-clinic application assistance for individuals and families who may be eligible for health coverage programs. This service is available in English and Spanish.
