About Us
Since 1972, CommuniCare Health Centers has been the safety net provider for Yolo County. CommuniCare promotes the health of our communities by providing affordable and culturally appropriate health care services for Yolo County residents who are low income and uninsured or underinsured. In 2004, CommuniCare provided 81,402 patient visits and 41,795 community outreach and health education encounters.
