Board Representation
The Board of Directors of CommuniCare Health Centers is comprised of a majority of members who are consumers of CommuniCare’s program and services, as well as members-at-large who are health care professionals, business people, and community supporters of our organization and represent the communities we serve.

Terms of Service
CommuniCare Health Centers Board of Directors serve for up to three terms of three years each. The Board participates actively in the organization at monthly meetings on the third Wednesday of each month, at an annual retreat each Spring, and in subcommittees. Subcommittees include: Community Relations and Fund Development; Board Development; Personnel and Pension; Executive Committee; Program Oversight and Quality Improvement; Finance Committee; and Facilities Committee.
