Eye Care Services
CommuniCare provides a range of Ophthalmology and Optometry
services, including vision testing, diabetic screens, disease treatment
and prescriptions for corrective lenses. Referrals from our primary
care providers are made to our volunteer Optometrists and
Ophthalmologists for eye care services and referrals, when necessary.
