CommuniCare Health Centers Substance Abuse Treatment Program provides outpatient substance abuse treatment and educational outreach for adults and adolescents. The primary goal in the Substance Abuse Treatment Program is to help people experience the freedom of recovery and to increase their understanding of the destructive role drugs and alcohol play in their lives. This is accomplished through a variety of means including education, counseling, and psychotherapy with the intent of identifying and dealing with the underlying causes of substance abuse. Our professional staff uses a comprehensive approach to treatment that addresses the social, emotional, physical and psychological causes of substance abuse.
